Dear family and friends,This week has been pretty normal. We are continuing our efforts to help the ward progress. Simon received the Aaronic Priesthood and that was exciting. Besides that, the week wasn't too exciting. Just keeping the work go along.

Dear family and friends,This week has been another exciting week after Simon's baptism last Sunday. He was confirmed this week at sacrament meeting. We had some investigators come and watch that blessing begin and I think that it helps remind them the goal of learning the gospel.
We have 4 baptismal dates planned out for the coming transfer. They each have their challenges but we are confident that some of them will be baptized this transfer. I am grateful for this chance to labor with love for our Lord!
I have come to love this area and I am grateful to serve here for 6 more weeks!

Dear family and friends,This week we baptized Simon! He is from Guangzhou and we found him in front of Seneca College in December. We taught him but almost immediately, he had to go back to China for the new year and won't come back till February. So we waited for 2 months and contacted him again. Fortunately, he was still as excited to learn about the gospel as he was before. after about two more months, he was finally baptized yesterday.
In two weeks we are planning to have another baptism. I will keep you updated.

Dear family and friends,This week was awesome because we got to watch General Conference. I was surprised that a member from Hong Kong was called to be in the first quorum of the seventies. Do any of you know about him?
Simon is finally getting baptized this weekend and we are very happy for him. He just needs to stay away from coffee and tea this week to be worthily baptized. I am so grateful that I could find him and help him along this path since December. I will send you pictures next week.
